I visited this restaurant today with my family for breakfast, and unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We found three hairs in our food—two on my plate and one on my daughter’s. This was completely unacceptable, and it made us lose our appetite. Although the manager apologized, we were still charged 50% for food we did not eat. While our server was very kind and attentive, the overall customer service was poor, and the experience left us feeling unwell. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve food hygiene and customer care.
